I take great care in checking and personalising the products that I sell, however, If the product you have received is faulty or I have made a mistake then I will happily replace the product or refund.

As all of my products are personalised, I cannot accept returns or offer a refund if you have changed your mind or made a spelling mistake.

All items are made to order and I aim to complete and dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please allow upto 10 working days.

This allows me time to design and personalise your gift.
